Vegan Focaccia Bread (Easy Recipe)

I always thought making bread was really difficult and has too many steps then it just gets confusing, but now I have realised that making bread is so easy! It tastes great! and  with focaccia you can add whatever flavours you like. I used tomatoes, rosemary,  and garlic oil, but you can also use olives or whatever your heart desires.

Vegan Focaccis Bread
Ingredients
  • 4 Cups (400g) Plain flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 sachet (7g) Dried Yeast
  • One & 1/2 cups (350ml) Warm Water
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
Instructions

1. Mix your flour, salt & yeast in a bowl

2. Mix your warm water and oil in a separate bowl

3. Add the water and oil mix into your flour, and mix

4. Place your dough onto a clean surface, and kneed for 5 minutes

5. Rub a little oil onto the ball of dough, and place back into the bowl, with a warm tea-towel over the top, and let it proof for 1 hour

6. After the dough has doubled in size, take the dough out of the bowl and form into the shape you like. Let the dough proof for about 30 minutes

7. after the dough has proofed for the second time, brush the top of the focaccia bread with oil, and and push in your chosen ingredients such as cherry tomatoes, olives, rosemary, garlic or anything you feel like.

8. Now place into the middle of a oven for 30 minutes at gas mark 5
